Paul Mayhew-archer dinner

MBRC catch up with Paul Mayhew-Archer & Parkinson’s UK

Marlow Bridge Rotary hosted a delightful evening dinner at the Marlow Bar and Grill, featuring special guest Paul Mayhew-Archer, the co-writer of the iconic TV series “The Vicar of Dibley”. The dinner was to look forward with the club and supporters to the charity event being held on Friday, May 26th at All Saints Church in Marlow.

Attendees including Parkinson’s UK enjoyed a delicious meal and had the chance to meet and chat with Paul Mayhew-Archer, who also shared insights into his work and experiences as a writer.

Parkinson’s UK is a charity that works tirelessly to improve the lives of those affected by Parkinson’s disease. The funds raised from the event will go towards research, support services, and campaigning for better treatments and care for people living with Parkinson’s.

Marlow Bridge Rotary has a long history of supporting local and national charities and the event was yet another example of the commitment to giving back to the community. The evening is proving to be very popular with tickets selling fast so if you haven’t bought yours yet, click here to find out more.
